In Africa and across the world, orphans (just children themselves) are forced into compromising situations just to provide for their younger brothers and sisters. School fees, food, clothing, medicine, shelter. When children have lost both parents to HIV and other diseases and have been "double orphaned", the oldest child has no option but to care for the younger siblings.
